小贴士还是煎鱼最主要。油一定要很热才把鱼头放入锅中。而且不要马上动它,等到,晃动锅时它自己能晃动,才去把它翻过来。
因为郫县豆瓣酱非常的咸,所以我基本上就没有加盐。
